INITIAL ASSESSMENT
We utilize Leadership Profiles, SWOT analysis, gap assessment, and other proprietary strategies that are tailored to fit the needs of your unique organization by helping you identify your starting point, with the intent to propel your organization from having an idea of what you want to accomplish to actually living out your vision.
Our goal is to help you improve performance and efficiency all while addressing your biggest opportunities for growth along with your most glaring risks. Our initial analysis is merely the first step in the process, as we work alongside you and your staff to help you achieve your goals through targeted strategies that we will help you implement and maintain.
Leadership Profiles

organization. We utilize industry standards as well as proprietary tools to help

Once you have completed your
Leadership Profile through the DISC program, one of our coaches will walk you through the
DISC Assessment Review with
you to identify key takeaways along with actionable follow up steps to utilize your
strengths and live out your purpose. Through the Values
Assessment Review your coach will also help you understand the motivations to use
your talents based on your drivers of engagement.
Organizational & Department Mission Portrait
We have developed a proprietary process with visual outputs called a Mission
Portrait,
which is a visual representation of your vision, mission and core values as an
organization or department. Your Organizational & Department Mission Portrait
will
set the tone for your organization from the top down and allow leaders,
departments, and teams to fully understand where their strengths can be used to
further
the mission and the vision of the organization while fulfilling their own personal
purpose.
SWOT ANALYSIS & GAP ASSESSMENT
A SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning technique used to help a person, department,
or organization identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related
to business competition or project planning. It is
intended to specify the objectives of the organization or project and identify
the
internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieving
those
objectives. Once an organization has
identified gaps, departments and individuals that make up the organization can
then
identify personal opportunities for growth in their careers and overall
life!
PHASE 1: WHY
Understanding Why you do what you do is one of the most important questions to answer for yourself and for your organization. When team members can see the Vision of the organization and understand Why they are doing what they are doing, they have a greater sense of ownership and incentive. For an organization to get to that next level, they need to understand their why. This is important for all levels of leadership including; executives, individual departments, projects, and even within families.
